What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation without penalty until 3pm local hotel time, three days prior to arrival (72 hours). Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.

Are pets welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for pets?

Pets are welcome subject to a pet fee of $75 USD per stay.Please advise the hotel that you are bringing a pet prior to arrival.

When the pet is a service animal, please notify when making a reservation, and the fee will be waived, and proof of documentation is not required.

Yes, Hotel Emblem is a family-friendly hotel, however, there are no specific services offered for children.

What is the UAF (Urban Amenity Fee)?

Our UAF or Urban Amenity Fee is $34* per day and it includes the following:

Oshibori on arrival
Welcome refreshment on arrival
Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public space
Use of house bicycles (with helmet)
In-room Nespresso machines with Bluestone Lane espresso pods

The check-in time at Hotel Emblem is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is possible, based upon availability.

What time is check-out at the hotel? Is late checkout possible?

The check-out time at Hotel Emblem is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out is possible, based upon availability.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Hotel Emblem offers 24-hour valet parking with in and out privileges for $75/night plus tax.
